1. Intro
First, we would like to welcome all of you to Fascinated Presents.
Shipping and delivery vary depending on the number of products you order, the specific items, and your location.
Due to COVID-19 and bad weather conditions, there may be delays in shipping and delivery.
We are not responsible for any issues that may arise after your order has been shipped and delivered.
2. Shipping
We ship on the next working day (excluding public holidays or weekends). For example, if we receive your order in the morning, midday, or evening until 22:00 on a Monday-Thursday, the order will be shipped on the next working day (excluding public holidays or weekends). If you place an order on a Friday or Saturday at anytime or Sunday morning, midday, or evening until 22:00. We will ship on a Monday (excluding public holidays or weekends).
3. Delivery
The delivery time within the United Kingdom is 2-3 working days, while international delivery takes 3-6 working days. The courier is responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered undamaged and on time. Deliveries by the courier are always made on a working day. We do not offer collection of orders at our business address. Instead, we are pleased to provide delivery straight to your doorstep by courier.
4. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email as soon as you have placed an order and paid online. You will further receive two emails, one when it is shipped and when it is delivered to you.
5. UK delivery zone
Our courier delivers throughout the United Kingdom, including the four regions:
England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
6. International delivery zone
We can only deliver your order to the following countries;
Germany, Spain, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Albania, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Monaco, and San Marino.
7. Import fees for international deliveries
​​​​If you live outside the UK, you may be required to pay an import shipment fee. This fee can include import duties, taxes, or customs charges when your package arrives in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer before delivery can be completed.
If an import shipment fee applies, you will usually be contacted by email or SMS. Please follow the instructions provided in the message.

If the fee is too high and you choose not to pay it, your package will be returned to us. in such cases, you are still required to complete a return form on our website. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. When Is Your Parcel Handed Over To Our Courier Delivery Partner?

Once your parcel has left the UK, Royal Mail transfers it to one of their trusted international courier partners. From that point onward, the delivery partner manages the remainder of the journey, including customs clearance, local handling, and final delivery to your address. You may notice that tracking updates appear on the courier's system after the handover, ensuring continued visibility throughout the process.
