However, since we use Wix as our website-building platform, all emails you receive will display a banner at the bottom indicating Wix's, platform service. Please note that the email campaigns themselves have been created by us.

Every time you want to contact us, you are welcome to do so through our message form or contact forms available on the website. You can also contact us via our live chat for quicker responses. For any of these contact services, you voluntarily provide us with your first name, last name, email, subject, and message. However, you do not have to provide all this data for each contact service. For example, for live chat (when we are online), you can instantly message us. For live chat (when we are offline), you can voluntarily provide us with your name, email, and message so we can get back to you.

2.1.3 Live chat & customer support

We process the personal data you share in our live chat based on our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in responding to enquiries and providing customer support. We do not use this information for marketing, newsletters, promotions or any purpose unrelated to your request.

If you wish to write feedback about our products which you have bought from our website, you voluntarily give us your name, country, and email. We may also ask for other data such as the date you published your feedback and other information about the product you bought.

2.2.1 An account, buy products or returns

 

If you want to open an account, you need to sign up on the website's top right header menu. You need to have an account with us before you can buy any product or make any returns. For using any of these services, we will actively collect your first name, last name, email, date of birth (DOB), order number, postcode, city, country, debit card details, delivery address, billing address, and password. (We do not store your password. Please ensure you keep it secure and do not share it with others). However, you do not have to provide all this data for each of these services. When you open an account, you will have access to your own private pages, which include: My Account, My Orders, My Wallet, My Address, My Membership, Profile, Close Account, and Logout. Your profile is kept safe and secure, and it cannot be viewed by anyone else on our website.  

 

2.3 Automatically

 

2.3.1 Cookies

 

We collect cookies from visitors to our website. Certain data will be collected automatically (read clause 8. Use of Cookies, Log Files, and tracking) in this privacy policy, or (read our cookie policy).

 

3. Display of customer data on the website

The only customer data that will be displayed on the website are customer reviews, which can be found in the “about” menu, under the “reviews” submenu. By agreeing to this policy, you consent that we may use your feedback for display on the website. It may not be all feedback that you provide; for example, if you buy two products and provide feedback for both, we may not display both. Your feedback matters to us and our business. We may store feedback in our secure database for later use to get a mixture of different countries and names.

9.1 Email marketing: If you do not wish to receive newsletters, discounts, offers, and sales emails from us, please click ' here ' at the bottom of the marketing email.

 

9.2 Account Sign-Up: To close your account, go to your account menu, on mobile device scroll down to 'close account,' and confirm. On desktop device go to your account menu, on the right side click 'close account,' and confirm.   

 

9.3 Returns, and bought Products: All related data will be deleted when you close your account with us.

 

9.4 Feedback: All personal data collected from your feedback will be removed as soon as possible once you close your account with us.
