    Yes, of course you can. Find your products and place your order as usual.
  • Will my order be delivered on the expected date considering the COVID-19 pandemic?
    Fascinated Presents will do their best to ensure your order arrives on time, but there could be delays in deliveries.
  • What measures does Fascinated Presents take to ensure the health and safety of their business and community during the COVID-19 pandemic?
    Fascinated Presents are aware of the importance of using hand sanitiser every day before starting work and cleaning surfaces. We clean surfaces again before closing down for the day. In public places, Fascinated Presents ensure social distancing or, in some locations, wearing a facemask to stay as healthy as possible. Fascinated Presents conducts a COVID-19 test once in a while to stay safe and protect others.
  • Will I get notified if my order is delayed ?
    Yes, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. We will also let you know about the new delivery date.
  • Can I return my order or some of the products ?
    Yes, off course you can. Returns can only be made if there is no damage and you can provide an image to show it is unbroken. The return can only be made by you and must be within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • What if my product is faulty or broken ?
    You can only return faulty products within 14 days of receiving the item, if you have proof that it was already faulty before it was sent to you. If your product is broken by the courier, then Fascinated Present cannot accept a return as Fascinated Present is not responsible for that.
  • Is there only one payment option?
    Yes, for now there is only one payment option, but eventually more payments options will be available. For now, there is just PayPal.
  • How often are new products added to the website ?
    New products will be added regularly, any day in the month. Upcoming products will also be displayed on the home page.
  • Can I get discounts on the website ?
    Yes, you can. There will be various discounts available from time to time on the website for you to enjoy.
  • Will I get free gifts when I place an order ?
    No, sorry, but you can enjoy our discounts on the website.
